Gazebo BeaulieuThis luxurious villa on a hill overlooking Baie Rouge, is facing the Caribbean sea, the far distant St Martin's mountains and the island of Anguilla. Beaulieu offers a postcard seaview all day long and the lights of Marigot at night.

The villa has a fantastic bar kitchen out of maple, with granite counter tops from where you see the sand of Baie Rouge Beach. A new over sized bedroom suite with two French doors and a large private terrace is made out of tumbled marble floor with en suite tumbled marble bathroom, a dressing room and a private patio. The sea view from this bedroom & bathroom is spectacular.

Beaulieu features now a very large and airy bar kitchen open towards the sea and the swimming pool, inside dining room and the double living with beautiful contemporary furniture opens to a covered terrace for outside dining and living, and a large heated swimming pool (50' x 20').

Around the swimming pool, three over sized bedroom suites with their private terrace, each one out of tumbled marble and a postcard sea view. The fourth bedroom suite (Only available over the Christmas Holidays), with its separate study-room, occupies entirely the charming cottage, very near by, with its large private terrace facing the sea and the beautiful scenery from over a private lawn. On walking all along Beaulieu, you always keep the gorgeous sea view.

A very large (346 sqf) kitchen-bar to prepare the meals in a beautiful surrounding. Two sliding doors towards the sea and a third one towards the swimming pool makes it very airy. From the sink, you see the sand of Baie Rouge Beach.

#2 : Huge marble bedroom with two french doors; one with sea view, the other leading to an exotic garden ; King size bed . Ensuite, tumbled marble bathroom . Unit #1 & unit #2 can be connected through a double door ensuring privacy between the two dressing rooms .

#3 : New since October 2007, with a large private terrace, two french doors providing spectacular views : one to the swimming pool, the other one to the sea . King size bed . Ensuite , outstanding tumbled marble bathroom with the view of the scenery framed like a painting.
