There are two master bedrooms and a guest bedroom in the main level of the villa. The two master bedrooms have a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom in Master Bedroom 1 offers double bowl sinks, jetted tub and bidet. The en-suite bathroom in Master Bedroom 2 offers double bowl sinks, triple shower and bidet. The en-suite bathroom in the third guest bedroom offers single bowl sink and a single shower. The layout of the villa provides for separation between each guestroom, ensuring the privacy of each guest.

Master Bedroom 1 – Located on the main level, the Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, safe and spacious closet. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with double bowl sinks, jetted tub, bidet and hairdryer. The views offered are direct views of the ocean.

Master Bedroom 2 – Located on the main level, Master Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed, air conditioning and spacious closet. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with double bowl sinks, triple shower, bidet and hairdryer. The views offered are direct views of the ocean.

Bedroom 3 – Located on the main level, the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, air conditioning and spacious closet. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with single bowl sink, single shower and hairdryer. The views offered are garden views.

The living area has spacious interiors with spectacular views of the ocean. The indoor living areas are bright and crisp with high white ceilings and recessed lighting offering modern, contemporary furnishings with sleek designs. The indoor dining area offers dining table seating for 6 persons.

Kitchen, the impeccable kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art deluxe appliances including cooktop, oven, grill, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, trash compactor and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.

The private pool area includes a deck surrounded by chaise lounges for the guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Ocean.
