Happy Bay Villa is a 4 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms recreation Villa located in one of the most secluded areas of Saint Martin, Mont Choisy and with unobstructed panoramic views over Happy Bay and to the island of Anguilla. All areas and rooms have king size beds and air-conditioning and all windows are screened except the living room. They rooms are organized around the pool and terrace with glorious views of Anguilla and the Caribbean sea. The pool is large and is surrounded by a generous deck that allows private sunbathing. There is a beautiful gazebo to enjoy the views and the breeze.

LIVING ROOM - The very refined and spacious living-room is more than 80m² and tastefully decorated with paintings from Lynn Bernbaum & Roland Richardson. The unending view gives a great feeling of limitless space. KITCHEN & LAUNDRY ROOM - Kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave oven, indoor grill, gas and induction plaques . SWIMMING POOL - The infinity swimming pool ranges from the Gazebo to the guest room. A seating area allows you to rest with the impression of being in the sea. TERRACE - This warm terrace enjoys an outdoor dining area as a bar over the kitchen counter. A seating area is also very used for playing games or having a drink. GAZEBO - Enjoy a romantic sunset from the gazebo that will certainly be a favored rendezvous for your evening drinks. MULTIMEDIA ROOM - Enjoy the Oprah show or CNN just like you were at home! A large selection of DVDs and books are also available for rainy days! BOCCE BALL FIELD - Located behind the house, the bocce ball field will have you enjoying "Provençal" afternoons.

MASTER ROOM - The master room and en-suite bathroom are an hymn to good taste and you’ll want to indulge all day long in the magnificent bathtub. GUEST HOUSE - Located at the West side of the house. The room features King Size bed and en-suite bathroom and dressing. Perfect for those who wish to be part of the party but in a secluded area of the house. Great view of Anguilla and ocean. SUNSET ROOM - In the heart of the house, with en-suite bathroom and dressing. A large Asian-inspired King size bed makes it the most Zen room of the house. Sound sleep guaranteed. HAPPY BAY is one of the few yet unknown, undiscovered beaches of St. Martin. The beach is only accessible either by boat, or 5 minutes walking down Mont Choisy, or along the shore from Friar's Bay.
