Hope Cottage is hidden away at the top of the hill in Oyster Pond on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. This neat little house is the perfect vacation getaway, either for a honeymoon or with a special friend. Perched on Oyster Pond Hill, this neat little villa affords stunning ocean views and is a peaceful retreat for a couple looking to escape the crowds. Mahogany doors, Spanish tiles, and granite kitchen counters are just some of the finer touches that make this villa truly unique.

The views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding islands are spectacular. Gentle breezes off the ocean keep you cool while sunning yourself at the lovely pool.

You also are only a short distance from some of the best beaches on the east end of the island. Hope cottage is located near the French border and is only 15 minutes to Marigot, the capital of the French side, with all its wonderful restaurants and night life. You are also only 15 minutes to Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital, with all the casinos, restaurants and great shopping that is available for that perfect vacation.

Hope Cottage is the perfect rental for a couple, wonderful views, complete privacy, near all the amenities and close to the finest beaches on the island. The views of the Atlantic Ocean, Oyster Pond and the surrounding islands such as St Bart's are spectacular. And the gentle breeze off the ocean keeps you cool while sunning at the very private pool or gazebo that allow au natural.

Hope Cottage is only a short distance to some of the finest beaches on the island, such as Dawn Beach. The villa is located near the French border and is only a 15 minutes drive to Grand Case ("The Gourmet Capital"), 25 minutes to Marigot, with all the wonderful restaurants and boutiques, and 15 minutes to Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital, with all the casinos, restaurants and duty free shopping...

Spring - April 14-June 2 - $1,765.00 p/week

Late Summer - August 4-September 29 - $1,425.00 p/week
Fall - September 29-December 1 - $1,645.00 p/week

This promotion is only valid for arrivals on SATURDAYS ONLY
For stays of less than 7 nights, the weekly rate will be charged

For stays that do not arrive on a Saturday, there is a surcharge of $315.00 added to the weekly rate during Summer/Fall Season and $355.00 added to the weekly rate during Winter/Spring Season
