bedroom home located in Terres Basses, an exclusive area of French St.
Martin. A lovely landscaped pool area is on one side of the house
complemented with a gazebo and a breakfast deck. On the other side of
the villa is a large shaded deck with wonderful views of the ocean and
Marigot, the capital of the French side. The two private master suites
have king-sized beds, private baths and closets. The grounds and gardens
are extremely well cared for by the gardener who lives on the property.
Amenities include large balconies on the East, West, and South sides of

villa is a 10 minute drive from the popular Maho area with its shops,
