This three bedroom, three bath villa in Dawn Beach Estates sits on a gentle slope overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There are great views of the ocean from all three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third has a queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as a/c units. The master bedroom has a double shower, cable TV and has two balconies (located on top level).

This beautiful villa has a private infinity pool that sits just above the ocean. It has a an outdoor sitting area on the covered terrace and a dining area next to the kitchen that seats six guests comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has cable TV and a stereo set with CD player and DVD player. This is a non-smoking villa.


Le Cliff is perfectly situated on the Dutch side, only a short distance from Marigot, capital of French St. Martin and just 10 minutes from Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital. The Dutch side of the island offers you great casinos and fantastic nightlife while the French side has wonderful dining for your pleasure.
