This Caribbean style villa is located on a hillside in the residential area of Jardin d'Orient overlooking world famous Orient Baie beach. Mandarine offers a spacious living, dining and open kitchen area decorated with rattan furnishings and brightly colored cushions giving the home very tropical feeling throughout. The kitchen is tiled in blue and white and has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area with indoor seating for four. Colorful island paintings adorn the walls throughout the home.

Sliding glass doors exit to the outdoor covered dining area with a beautiful yellow painted iron dining set for six. A few steps down from the outdoor gallery is the pool and deck surrounded with lounge chairs for sunning. From the deck or the pool area you have lovely views of the hillside and the ocean.

The master bedroom is located on the left of the living area and has sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor gallery. An ensuite bathroom with shower is colorfully tiled in yellows and blues. To the right of the living area are the other two bedrooms and their shared bath. The front bedroom also opens out to the covered gallery via sliding glass doors. The back bedroom is down the hall at the rear of the villa. The second bathroom is between these two bedrooms and offers a separate space for the shower and sink and across the hall is the water closet. This bathroom is also tiled in colorful green and yellow to complete the Caribbean theme of this home.

Mandarine is the sister villa to Alexambre located next door to that villa in Jardin d'Orient. The floorplans are identical and furnishings are similar. Alexambre and Manadarine can be rented together for groups requiring 4 - 6 bedrooms.
