Paradiso is a 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bathroom luxurious hillside retreat located high up on the hillside in Oyster Pond and offers exceptional amenities and inspiring ocean views from every room of the house. There are excellent views of Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. This villa is very spacious and is the perfect vacation spot for a large group or it can be rented as a 2 bedroom for a very private holiday. The secluded Dawn Beach is a short trip down the hill and is a prime spot for swimming, snorkeling and watersports. You can spend your days, enjoying day sails to nearby islands, scuba diving, boating, fishing, shopping, casinos and the best dining in the Caribbean. The villa is located near Philipsburg and is only a short drive to Marigot.

The expansive views include Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond & the Marina, the Atlantic Ocean, and neighboring islands such as prestigious St Barth's.

Dawn Beach is a short 2 minutes drive down the hill and is a prime spot for swimming, beach strolling and snorkeling. You can spend your days enjoying day sails to nearby islands, scuba diving, boating, fishing, shopping, casinos and the best dining in the Caribbean. The villa is located near Philipsburg (Dutch side capital) and is only a short drive to famous Orient Beach or Grand Case, the 'Gourmet Capital" of the Caribbean.

Stroll along-side the tropical garden or barefoot across the tiled deck while witnessing over 30 yachts navigating Oyster Pond. Surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping and spectacular views, Paradiso offers complete escape with rewarding amenities. The pool is large, has a jacuzzi and a generous deck for very private sun bathing.

Inside, you will relax on lavish beds and furniture while savoring air-conditioning throughout the home. The living room has cable TV with US channels, CD and stereo player. There are ample sitting areas in the large living room and splendid views of the ocean. The open plan living room has cathedral ceiling, air-conditioning and several remarkable ceiling fans that copy the shape of airplane propellers.

This villa is fully furnished and has a complete American kitchen with all necessary amenities, from dishwasher to ice-maker, from ceran cooktops to microwave. The kitchen has air-conditioning, and opens to the dining area to one side, and to the covered terrace to the other.

The 2 Master bedrooms are located on the upper level of the main house. Three more bedrooms are on the lower level, each next to each other. Each of the five bedrooms at Villa Paradiso has air-conditioning, its own ensuite bath, and an own DVD player. All bedrooms have great views of the ocean and Dawn Beach.
