Penthouse Duplex Suite II: 4 bedroom /5.5 bathrooms / 1 nanny room / study – single bed /laundry room / approximately 6781 ft2 (630m2) Sleeps eight with a maximum of ten.

Each suite extends from the front to the back of the building guaranteeing spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. The higher levels (5th floor and above) get an additional view of Anguilla and Simpson Bay.

Suites have a variety of master and guest bedroom configurations. When making your reservation our staff can help you find what's right for you to ensure a pleasant vacation.

Pool and Beach Access

The Cliff is located directly on The Cliffs of Cupecoy beach with only a few steps to navigate down to the pristine white sand and calm sapphire waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The large sculptured pool (children friendly) is completely glass tiled. The pool is situated directly above the ocean and enjoys the panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, Saba, St. Eustatius (Statia) and St. Kitts and the Caribbean sunsets. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for your relaxing pleasure. Our lush landscaping and tropical gardens complete the circle.

Bedrooms

A full bathroom with travertine countertop, a shower/whirlpool tub combination in the master, shower with jets in the guest bedroom and hair dryer. Cliff bathrobes, bath and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Cots/cribs are available at an additional charge.

Living Room / Dining Room

The over-sized living and dining both have travertine floors, full panoramic Caribbean Sea views and access to their suite’s private balcony with furnishing for relaxing or dining. Both rooms are air conditioned, with fans, flat screen TV, Internet, Stereo music player.

Furnishing vary in the suite since each has been furnished by the individual owner of the condo. Full photos album is available from the rental office.

Kitchen / Laundry Room

Includes fully equipped kitchens with granite top counters, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances including double door refrigerator, micro-wave and oven combo, electric cook top, lighted hood, garbage disposal and garbage compactor, double toaster, multi-purpose coffee machine, blender and all necessary utensils for preparing a gourmet meal.

There is a separate laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer, laundry tub, iron and ironing board.
