The magnificent "Villa Vista" is an island estate in a gated community in Red Pond Estates.  The villa was named appropriately for it's breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, the beautiful island of St Barths and our two sandy beaches Gibbs and Guana Bay.  You will be transformed as you make your way up the 400 foot private driveway.  The grand electronic gates will swing open to greet you and you will be meet with a lush green canopy overhead.  The villa was completely remolded and refurnished in 2007. 

The state of the art kitchen boasts a floor to ceiling window that brings the pool and ocean to you in a most dramatic way.  The indoor living areas are bright and crisp with 18 ft. high white wood plantation ceilings. 

Each of the three bedrooms have spectacular ocean views, private verandas, and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a premium queen canopy bed dripping in a swirl of netting and romance. The layout of the villa provides for separation between each guestroom, ensuring the privacy of each guest.  The sprawling upper and lower verandas with their captivating views were designed for living a tropical lifestyle. 

Swim in the beautiful pool with waterfall, sunbathe, dine, and enjoy the Balinese tiki hut in utter and complete privacy. Villa Vista will deliver you the vacation of your dreams.

Master Bedroom 1 – The Master Bedroom offers a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and spacious closet.  The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, modern cabinets and hairdryer.  The master bedroom opens onto a balcony with a stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the island of St Barths.

Bedroom 2 – The guest bedroom is located on the lower level offers a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and spacious closet.  The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, modern cabinets and hairdryer. This bedroom opens onto the lower balcony which offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the island of St. Barths.

Bedroom 3 – The guest bedroom is located on the lower level offers a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and spacious closet.  The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, modern cabinets and hairdryer. This bedroom opens onto the lower balcondy offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the island of St. Barths.

Kitchen - The impeccable kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, state-of-the-art deluxe appliances, stove, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.

Living/Dining Room - The living area has spacious interiors and is climate controlled, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of St. Barths.  The indoor living areas are bright and crisp with 18 ft. high white wood plantation ceilings with an indoor dining area for 4 persons.   The entertainment center with cable TV, high-speed internet access, VCR, DVD and CD-Player. The outside world can be reached by US Vongage Phone line.  Large glass doors open onto the pool deck which offers an outdoor teak dining area for 6 persons
