Orient Beach. The Villa is perched

islands of St Barth, Tintamarre and
Pinel, and a bird’s eye view of Le
Village de la Baie Orientale, an oasis

Caribbean homes. This elegant and luxurious villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with four and a half baths, and can accommodate up to 9 persons (4 king sized beds and one twin bed, privacy for everyone!) The spacious living and dining rooms are also climate controlled and are exquisitely furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany. The entertainment unit includes a satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player. The immaculate kitchen has a breakfast bar with fabulous marble countertop and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances. Large sliding glass doors open into an outdoor patio and an outdoor veranda that lead into a large private swimming pool and an oversized Jacuzzi, a deck made of with imported Italian Terracotta tiles, teak loungers and colorful cushions for sun lovers. Tennis courts, horse-back riding, surfing, sailing, snorkeling, jet-skiing, first class French restaurants, pizzeria and patisserie are all within walking distance. Villa Mediterranee is just 5 minutes from the village of Grand Case, the dining capital of the Caribbean, and only 10 minutes to the French Capital of Marigot, with its chic boutiques and bistros. Villa Mediterranee was designed by a team of American, French and German architects and builders, and the interior design was furnished by a French decorator. The villa’s two-level space, rooms, patios, veranda, outside decks, Jacuzzi and private pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by a luxuriant garden, which was designed by Caribbean Gardens, one of the best known landscapers of the island. Villa Mediterranee is in the middle of everything St. Martins' Orient Beach has to offer, yet it is gated and secluded, giving our guests complete privacy. A maid is available daily for the comfort of our guests.  The salon has spacious interiors and is

views of the Village of Orient Bay & the
Jacuzzi on one side, and the islands of
St. Bart/Tintamarre/Pinel & the large
blue private swimming pool on the other
side. Large sliding glass doors open
onto the covered patio and sitting area,
allowing the sunrays to bathe the salon
all day long. Colorful drapery and
original Caribbean oil paintings
decorate the walls. Custom design orange
and burgundy elegant furniture include
relaxing sofas and chairs, an
entertainment center with satellite TV,
VCR and a CD-Player. The outside world
can be reached by direct dial telephones
from the salon.DINING ROOM Dining is a real pleasure at Villa Mediterranee. A climate controlled indoor formal dining room overlooks the Jacuzzi deck, the lighted private pool, and the luxuriant villa garden. A large Mahogany table, imported from the United States, seats up to ten people, under overhead recess lighting and ceiling fans which give a cozy and delightful atmosphere. Everything is on site to provide an intimate dinner or a festive party, including china, silver, linens and glassware. Formal dinners can be arranged with the local Chefs of French Restaurants located within walking distance in Orient Bay. GOURMET KITCHEN Villa Mediterranee has an impeccable kitchen that is equipped with state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher and halogen electric stove and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots. A breakfast bar with gorgeous marble countertops complements the kitchen. LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS The Bedrooms are climate controlled and offers a king-size Mahogany bed, and spacious closets for generous storage. Colorful drapery and original Caribbean oil paintings decorate the walls. The bedroom has an en suite Creole bath equipped with shower, modern cabinets and hairdryers. You can take a shower while viewing the islands of St. Bart and the private garden. A discrete wall safe offers security for valuables and documents. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony with a stunning 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of St Barth and Tintamarre on one side and the green St. Martin hills on the other side. OUTDOOR VERANDA The veranda offers an outdoor covered gallery, with recess lighting, outdoor dining for eight, and an additional sitting area overlooking the Jacuzzi and the private pool. Large sliding glass doors open from the salon to the veranda. Flowering plants border the veranda stairs leading to the Jacuzzi. A teak garden table and chairs beckon diners to relax with views of the flowering decks and garden. The veranda offers an outdoor covered gallery, with recess lighting, outdoor dining for eight, and an additional sitting area overlooking the Jacuzzi and the private pool. A teak garden table and chairs beckon diners to relax with views of the flowering decks and garden. TROPICAL GARDEN The garden is privately gated and surrounds the entire villa. It was designed by Gilles Cauvi, the owner of Caribbean Garden, one of St. Martin’s best landscapers. Traveler Palm trees, Ficus trees, Lantana lavender, Phoenix Roebelini, Solandra, Flamboyant trees, and flowering bougainvilleas transform the garden into a Caribbean oasis of smell and color. Every door of the Villa Mediterranee open onto the garden and every window allows our guests to view the garden's beauty. CUSTOM SWIMMING POOL Villa Mediterranee has a large private pool lined with blue Diamond Brite, and in-pool lighting. The pool features a custom rock wall and a soothing waterfall. The pool area includes a large deck covered with imported Italian Terracotta tiles, and surrounded by Ficus bushes, and Traveler palm trees. The pool deck and the courtyard are gated and provide plenty of privacy for liberal sun bathing. Large teak chaise lounges imported from South-East Asia, and covered with colorful cushions allow the guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool. |
